Ihr Wohnort sollte im Tagespendelbereich von Neuss liegen

Ihre Aufgaben:

Überwachung der gesetzlichen Fristen und Wartungen an unseren Gebäuden und Wohnungen.
Koordination der Auftragnehmer und internen Kunden bei Reparaturen, Umzügen und Neuanschaffungen
Annahme von Störungen
Druckerüberwachung
Planung von Firmenevents

Ihre Qualifikationen:

Kaufmännische Ausbildung
Gute Kenntnisse in den MS Office Anwendungen
Englisch auf gutem Niveau
Verständnis in Haustechnik
Führerschein Klasse B – (BE wünschenswert)
Wünschenswerter Weise:

Softwarekenntnisse in Wartung/ Inspektionstechnik
