Assistant Manager SCM/ Teamleiter Logistik und Einkauf (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Abteilung Logistik mit 5 qualifizierten Mitarbeitenden
Sie erstellen die Personal-, Budget- und Investitionsplanung für die Logistikabteilung und sorgen für eine effiziente Mittelverwendung im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen
Sie sichern die Durchführung der jährlichen Inventur für alle Lagerorte nach Vorgaben des Rechnungswesens und erstellen den Inventurbericht für den Jahresabschluss zur Vorlage bei den zuständigen Instanzen
Sie entwickeln fortlaufend Prozessstrategien zur optimalen Materialversorgung und koordinieren die operativen und strategischen Maßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung der SAP-Module EWM/MM
Sie treiben aktiv die Weiterentwicklung der unterstützenden SAP-Module EWM/MM voran, um die Effizienz und Flexibilität der Logistikprozesse zu steigern
Sie entwickeln und implementieren strategische Logistikprozesse unter anderem auch mit unserem externen Logistikdienstleister, die sich über verschiedene Abteilungen und digitale Lösungen erstrecken
Sie leiten spannende Projekte zur Digitalisierung und Optimierung unserer Logistikprozesse und treiben Innovationen voran
Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen Führungskräften zusammen, um Unternehmensziele mit innovativen Logistiklösungen zu verbinden und die Effizienz auf allen Ebenen zu steigern

Ihr Profil:

SAP-Kenntnisse:

Fundierte Erfahrung mit SAP Logistics Execution (LE) und SAP SD (insb. Outbound-Prozesse & Fakturierung)
Sicherer Umgang mit SAP EDI-Schnittstellen für den elektronischen Datenaustausch
Erstellung von SAP Queries und individuellen Reports
Gute Kenntnisse in SAP Transportation Management (TM) sowie Material Management (MM)

Logistikkenntnisse:

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Logistikdienstleistern (3PL)
Umfassende Erfahrung in der Lagerlogistik (Warenausgang) und im Transportmanagement
Kenntnisse im Export und Zollabwicklung
Vertraut mit Retourenprozessen und Bestandsaufnahmen

Weitere Qualifikationen:

Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Betreuung von 3PL-Partnern
Führerschein Klasse B vorhanden
Teamfähig, kommunikativ und lösungsorientiert
