Mitutoyo Museum of Metrology

History of modern technology of precision measuring instruments throughout Mitutoyo's history

A unique museum of precision measurement consisting of the Numata Commemorative Hall and the Measuring Instrument Hall. The former traces the history of Mitutoyo since its establishment in 1934, while the latter features the evolution of precision measurement around the globe. The items in the museum’s collection have been certified by the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry as forming part of the nation’s Heritage of Industrial Modernization.

We also have a pamphlet that explains the exhibition contents and Mitutoyo's history.
