Pilot Project: Dual Study Program after Apprenticeship

This year, we are launching a special pilot project: for the first time, we are supporting a dual student. After successfully completing his apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician, he is continuing his career with us by studying Industrial Engineering in a dual program.

This is made possible through our cooperation with the CBS International Business School, where he studies while gaining practical experience within our company. We actively support his studies and are proud to offer new development opportunities for dedicated young professionals.

European Business Specialist – Gaining International Experience

A highlight of our commercial apprenticeship is the additional qualification as a European Business Specialist. This program combines traditional business training with an international focus.

Our trainees have the opportunity to complete an internship at one of our subsidiaries abroad, gaining valuable professional and cultural experience. In doing so, we not only promote technical and business knowledge but also language skills, intercultural competence, and personal development.
