Automatic

The QM-Fit detects multiple elements at once by automatically recognizing circles, lines and more with a single tap. Measurements can be performed quickly without the need to specify elements one by one in advance.

Fast

Caliper Snap - A quick measurement with virtual rulers. The rulers automatically snap to edges or circles when placed close to them. Unlike typical instruments, there is no need to align crosshairs, reducing time and effort.

Record

Simply place the workpiece on the stage for automatic inspection. Even if workpieces are randomly placed on the measuring stage, the QM-Fit can quickly recognise their shape, identify the workpiece, and immediately begin measurement.

Focus

Always in focus, even on tall surfaces. It clearly displays uneven parts with a height up to 36 mm and with deep depressions and protrusions. The extremely large depth of focus eliminates the need to adjust the focus for individual parts with different heights.

Compact, Desktop-Friendly Design

The QM-Fit is small enough to fit on a desktop yet powerful enough to deliver results comparable to larger measuring machines. It’s a standalone system with integrated PC and monitor that doesn’t require external hardware.

20 automatic measuring routines can be stored internally for automatic part recognition and measurement

What is the accuracy guaranteed measuring range in X and Y axis?

The accuarcy is guaranteed in a range of 90 x 60 mm in XY axis.

Can large temperature changes be compensated to keep accuracy?

Yes, with the optional reference chart 107, operators can perform pixel calibration at any time, to compensate for large temperature changes

Can measurement and image data be exported to external devices?

Yes, QM-Fit can output data to LAN und USB3.2 ports in CSV and JPEG format

What is the maximum workpiece weight?

10 kg

What is the maximum measuring height in Z direction?

QM-Fit is a 2D instrument which doesn't measure in Z-direction.
The Depth of Focus is 36 mm, which means that workpieces with a maximum height of 36 mm are in focus and can be measured in XY direction

What size workpieces can be measured?

The QM-Fit can measure workpieces up to 115 × 75 mm. This wide field of vision allows small parts that fit within this area to be measured in a single shot without repositioning, making it suitable for quick and stress-free measurement of compact components.
